• Computer Operator (Temporary Post) for this post candidates are to finish their Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Application with Typewriting Junior Grade in English & Tamil (OR) Bachelor Degree in B.A.,/B.Sc.,/B.Com., with a diploma in Computer Application with Typewriting Junior Grade in English & Tamil.
• Steno Typist (Temporary Post) for this post candidates are to complete 10th standard and Both (Tamil & English) higher/Senior in Typewriting, Both (Tamil & English) higher/Senior in Shorthand (or) Any one Higher/Senior Grade in Tamil or English Shorthand and Lower Grade in Tamil or English Short hand.
• Typist (Temporary Post) for this post candidates are to pass the  10th standard and Both Higher/Senior Grade in English and Tamil Typewriting.
• Junior Assistant (Temporary Post) for this post candidate is to pass 10th class.
• The driver, for this post candidates, is to pass 10th class and a driving License for driving a motor vehicle issued by a competent Authority Under the Motor Vehicles Act 1939 (Central Act IV of 1939) with practical experience of driving the motor vehicle for a period of not less than five years.
