About GKV: Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya was founded on March 4, 1902, by Swami Shraddhanandaji with the sole aim to revive the ancient Indian Gurukula System of education, on the bank of Ganges at a distance of about 6 km. from Hardwar and about 200 km. from Delhi. GKV Jobs Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
The candidates are to maintain the good score in their certain academics with at least of pass percentage of the minimum score to be 55 percent in the master’s degree in any relevant topics from any universities of India or in any institution or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. The candidates who to ready to work in the Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya are to attend for the National Ability Test which is going to conducted by the University Grants Commission.
Age Criteria: The minimum age and the maximum age should be followed by the candidates which are given on the official site. The age relaxation has been given those SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates who have applied against the reserved vacancy for the respective category only. The candidate belonging to reserved category SC/ST/OBC/PWD will not be entitled to avail the above relaxation for the open unreserved post.
Salary:
Assistant Professor Pay Scale is Rs.15,600-39,100 and with Academic Grade Pay(AGP) Rs. 6,000/-. Associate Professor, Librarian, Registrar, Finance Officer Pay Scale is Rs. 37,400-67,000 along with the AGP Rs. 10,000/-. For the remaining posts pay scale will be available at the official site.
Selection Procedure:
The selection process will be based on the written test and the interview. The candidate’s written test will be conducted and qualified candidates are moved to a personal interview. Selected candidates are placed in the positions. Before placing, documents verification will be conducted if required.
