IBPS RBB Selection Procedure 2016
Institute of banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS) had announced the selection procedure for various posts at Regional Rural banks (RBB).The recruitment will be conducted for the appointment of candidates in Scale-I ,Scale-II, Scale-III respectively and in two groups A and B.large Number of Candidates appear in CWE and the competetion is very high.

Common Written Examination (CWE) Stage 1
Institute of banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS) Common Written Examination (CWE) is the most competetive and one of the very hard exam took by the IBPS.They mainly selct 1 out of 1000 candidates. From 2015 now onward there are two phases of Common Written Examination (CWE) easy and hard.
Applicant have to pass Both to go for the final selection of Institute of banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS).
According to IBPS RBB Selection Procedure 2016 following Main Points of Common Written Examination (CWE):
- There are mainly 5 to 6 subjects with hindi and English optional for the candidate.
- There are 200 questions and 200 marks are given.
- The time period is 2.5 hours
- Negative marking is used in the test checking procedure.
Stage 2 Personality Test
The candidates who will qualify through the Common Written Examination (CWE) will be called for the personality test and their every minute detail will be tested/checked.
The candidate should bring the all documents related examination that will be verified.
After the final selection process occur and final merit list will show which candidate is selected or dropped.
Final Selection
After the examination process the final list is displayed.This list contain candidates which are selected or are at waiting. The waiting candidates will be reserved with them for One year,if there a vacancy come and the fall on the merit they will be awarded the job.The final list don’t show the cutt-off marks as they are on the basis of states ,if a state has higher vacancies so the cutt-off will be low and if a state has less vacancies the cutt-off goes to be higher.
Important Points to be noted:
According to IBPS RBB Selection Procedure 2016
- The candidate should pass the Common Written Examination (CWE) in order to get themselves to the stage of interview.
- The Common Written Examination (CWE) will set the minimum qualifying marks for the candidates tha candidates having that marks will be forwarded to interview procedure.
- If his/her marks will be equal or more than the marks criteria then they will be sent for further process of selection.
- Cut-off points will be decided according to the average i.e standard deviation for reserved category candidates and standard deviation for general category candidates.
