The educational Qualifications for the HVPNL is to finish the Bachelor of Engineering Electrical Degree or equivalent Degree from a University duly recognized by Government with a minimum percentage of 60% marks in respect of General category/ other category candidates and 55% marks in respect of SC category candidates of Haryana, Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
